I was in Pigeon Forge over the weekend and we ate at Mama’s Country Restaurant. For dessert we had the Banana Pudding. When the dessert arrived it wasn’t your normal pudding it was more like a mousse that had been refrigerated and it had the sliced banana’s & wafers. It was really delicious and I was hoping it might be on this site because I sure would love to make it.
