mango float

:roll:[i]mango float
4 ripe yellow mangoes, thinly sliced
1lt whipping cream
2 cans condensed milk
graham crackers
1 cup finely crushed graham cracker

whip cream milk & condensed milk until stiff & doubled its volume about 10 mins.
arrange graham cracker squares on the bottom of a rectangular serving dish top with cream mixture, then arrange mangoes top with graham square then with remaining cream then the magoes again and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. freeze for about 4 hours and serve.
