Mango Yogurt Lassi
1 cup (150 g) of your favorite fruit may be added for different flavors.
preparation: 2 minutes • processing: 20 seconds • yield: 3 1/2 cups (840 ml)
1 cup (240 ml) water
1 cup (245 g) low fat plain yogurt
1 cup (150 g) mango, peeled, pitted
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup (120 ml) ice cubes

Place all ingredients into the Vita-Mix container
in the order listed and secure lid. -
Select Variable 1.

Turn machine on and quickly increase speed
to Variable 10, then to High. -
Blend for 20 seconds or until desired consistency
is reached.
