Manicotti Filling H.J.'s

1 small Container of Feta Cheese
2 lemons and a little1/4 of the lime grated from the peel
Juice from 1 lemon only
1/2 cup of Romano cheese …I use Cello Brand and grate
1/2 cup of fresh spinach cup up small
salt to taste
1 egg
1/2 cup Mozzerllera

Mix well altogether and stuff the cooked shells or lasagna thin wraps
and roll them…seal with egg yolks.

Place shells in a glass baking deep dish sprayed with oil
Little Spaghetti sauce of your choice ( Imake my own also) but like serveral on the market when I am in a hurry and Emil’s Vodka Sauce
goes well with this. Top with Mozzerllera cheese

Bake in oven 350 degrees F. 25 to 35 minutes or Microwave half the
