Marinated Prawns

8 fresh prawns (peeled, deveined and butterflied)
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbsp coconut cream or milk
2 small shallots, thinly sliced
2 small red or green Thai chiles, coarsely chopped

Combine prawns with lime juice, sugar and salt in a small bowl. Marinate 30 minutes. Arrange prawns on a microwave plate, spoon over marinade and coconut cream. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or just until prawns change color. Serve garnished with shallots and chilies.
