Mazarate Salsa

Great for parties (Super Bowl!!) and just to have in the frig to put on eggs and chicken. My son is addicted to this stuff.

Mazarate Salsa

1 large can whole or diced tomatoes (12 ounces)
1 small can (4 oz)diced green chiles
1 small can (4 oz) diced jalapeno chiles
1 bunch of green onions (chopped or thinly sliced)
1 clove garlic (or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
cilantro (chopped or snipped)
salt (optional)

In a blender blend the tomatoes lightly. Pour in small bowl and add can of green chiles and 2 teaspoons of the jalapeno chiles, or more if you are in to the hot stuff. Add the onions and the cilantro. Add salt to taste. Store in the refrigerator, good for about 5 days.
