Meat pie is a pretty famous dish in many countries. It is usually made with fillo dough or a pie crust. An easy and equally delicious way to make a meat pie is with tortillas.
Ingredients:
¼ Ib cooked ground beef
8 Medium sized tortillas
Mozzerella cheese
¼ stick butter, melted
1 egg
¼ cup milk + chicken broth (1/2 and ½ of each)

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.

Spread 1 layer of tortilla in a circular baking pan. Brush with melted butter.

Repeat step 1 until you have four layers of tortillas.

Spread ground beef on 4th layer evenly. Top with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat step 1 again until you have 4 layers on top as well.

Put in the oven for about 10 minutes or until top is golden brown.

While the meat pie is in the oven, mix together the milk, chicken broth, and egg until well blended.

After taking out the meat pie from the oven, pour the milk mixture evenly on top.

Place back into the oven on the lowest rack for another ten minutes or until pie is a medium brown and crunchy.
