[b]Does anyone use one of those prong-type meat tenderizers? It’s the kind that has a handle that houses several metal prongs (mine has forty-eight) that you press into the meat. It’s also supposed to be good for marinating.
It was pretty expensive ($35) and I don’t seem to notice any difference in the end products. The brand I bought was “Deni” and I think there’s another more expensive (if you can believe it) brand of “Jacquard”.[/b]
