Meatballs DiBella

Ingredients
◦1/2 lb beef.
◦1/2 lb pork.
◦1/2 lb veal.
◦2 large eggs.
◦1/2 cup bread crumbs.
◦1 medium onion, minced.
◦1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped.
◦1/4 teaspoon salt.
◦1/8 teaspoon pepper.

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°
2.Saute onions, & garlic until translucent.
3.Mix all ingredients and form round balls.
4.Bake at 400° for 20 – 25 minutes.
