MEATLESS CASSEROLE

2 large russet potatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
2 cups fresh green beans, tipped
1can vegetable soup
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted

Mix all together except crackers & butter. Layer in casserole dish. Mix these crackers & butter together and spread over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
