1 box white cake mix 2 c. melted ice cream, any flavor 3 large eggs
Preheat oven to 350. spray a bundt pan with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl combine cakemix, eggs, and ice cream. Mix until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake until cake springs back when lightly pressed, about 38 to 42 minutes. Invert and dust with powdered sugar or glaze with your favorite glaze.
A good use for ice cream that got left out too long or if you have 2 or 3 almost empty boxes in the freezer melt and combine.Your liquid, fat and flavoring are all in one box. I tried it with leftover butter pecan and cookie dough and glazed with a caramel praline topping.
