Mexican Pan Dinner

Mexican Pan Dinner 2 lbs of ground beef 1/2 box of velvetta cheese 1 large bag of tortilla chips 1med onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 jar of salsa brown ground beef in skillet:drain,dice onion add diced onion to ground beef turn to simmer add salsa and cream of mushroom soup{no water to soup} mix well let simmer 10 mintues stirring ocassionlly: preaheat oven to 350 in a cassrole dish or cake pan crumble 1/2 bag of tortilla chips spread out evenly; slice or grate cheese set aside; take 1/2 of ground beef and spread over tortilla chips then layer with 1/2 of the cheese repeat chips,ground beef mixture then top with remaining cheese.top: with black sliced olives [optional]bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is just starting to brown; remove from oven and let set 5 mins. my family loves this recipe! hope you all like it too…
