Mexican Sausage Supper

1 pound cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups water
7 ounces spanish rice mix
14 ounces canned tomatoes with green chiles
1/4 cup sliced black olives

Crumble the sausage into a large skillet or pan. Cook the sausage,
onion, and pepper; drain any fat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes until rice is tender.
