Microwave Cooking

:-?I thought when I went looking for this recipe that it would be a simple matter. Apparently that is not the case.

I am looking for a recipe for microwave dumplings. I have found all sorts that tell me to place dumpling mixture ontop of soup or casserole and then microwave them, that is not what I am looking for. My mother-in-law, bless her soul used to make dumplings in the microwave. Unfortunately it was one of those recipes that was in her head and was never written down, at least not that I have found yet in the many boxes of recipes that I have gone through.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

:)Thank you.

PARSLEY DUMPLINGS:
2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning

Prepare dumplings. Mix all ingredients until a soft dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls around the edge of the dish of chicken soup or whatever you are making. Microwave on high (uncovered) 3 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. If your microwave has a rotating turntable, you don’t need to rotate. Microwave until dumplings are no longer doughy, 3 to 4 minutes longer.
