MICROWAVE CROUTONS

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients:

1/4 C. butter or margarine
2 tsp. Salad Supreme Seasoning
4 C. French bread cubes; 3/4-inch

Place butter in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Microwave on HIGH for 55 seconds or until melted; stir in Salad Supreme Seasoning. Add bread cubes; stir gently to coat. Microwave on HIGH for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times; cool.

Store in airtight container. (Croutons will crisp as they cool.)
