Mimi’s Cafe 5 Way Grill Cheese Sandwich

5 Way Grilled Cheese
Garlic herb whipped butter
Grated parmesan cheese
Sliced sourdough
Sliced mozzarella, jack, cheddar, and swiss cheese. (1 slice each per sandwich).

Spread butter mixture onto bread, then dip each bread into plate filled with
grated parmesean.

Lay both pieces of bread on hot frying pan and cook at the same time.

Add 2 slices of cheese to each piece of bread (ie mozzerella/jack one side
cheddar/swiss other side)

Once browned put pieces together to make the sandwich & cut the side crusts on both sides off so you get a cheesy bite.
