Mini Devil Cheesecakes
1-1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup cocoa
3-8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
2-12 ounce packages semi-sweet chocolate chips
2-1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Stir together crumbs, sugar, cocoa and butter. Press equal portions into paper lined muffin tins. In a small saucepan melt 1 package of chocolate chips over low heat. In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk and melted chips until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Spoon batter into cups. Top with remaining chips. Bake 20 minutes or until set. Cool then refrigerate.
