Hello – I LOVED Quizno’s chicken corn chowder and ordered it all the time since I have a gastric surgery – it was a good source of fiber and protien and went ok with my altered stomach situation.
WOE is ME!!!
They quit making it at Quizno’s and went back to their clam chowder.
Can you provide a recipe to help me keep a stock of this perfect soup at home? It had chicken, corn, bacon, and I think some cumin and some toher little colored pieces of various vegetables – any ideas? I can’t eat beef or any red meat since surgery and this chowder/soup was so hearty and delicious!!!
