Mom’s Chili Meat Loaf

8 ounces ground pork
8 ounces ground beef
1 cup finely crushed corn chips
1/2 cup thin sliced green onion
1 cup bottled chili sauce, divided
2 large eggs
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine beef, pork, corn chips, green onions, 1/2 cup chili sauce, egg, chili powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan. Spread remaining 1/2 cup chili sauce over top of meatloaf. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes until meatloaf reaches 165 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
