Multimeat Meatloaf

1/2 lb Ground beef
1/2 lb Country Sausage
1/2 lb Ground Buffaloe
1/2 lb Ground Veal
1 lrg Onion, Diced Med
1 rib celery, diced
1/2 Gr Bell Pepper, Diced Med
10 Saltines, Crumbled
2 lrg Eggs
1/2 cup Ketsup
Salt and Pepper

Mix ground meats then add diced onion, celry and bell pepper, crackers and eggs and mix well (see tip). Form into loaf shape and place in baking pan and squirt more Ketsup over top and crumble some more saltines over top. Bake at 350* until done, about 75 minutes.

Tip: Place all ingredients in large zipper bag to mix and keep hands clean. Form into loaf in bag and allow to roll out into baking dish
