Need Help

I have a new Crockpot BBQ Pit . I am in charge of christmas dinner and will be feeding 20-30 people.My oven will be full but i want to make a few ducks. Anyone have a recipe for duck in the Crockpot BBQ Pit ? I am pretty decent cook just never used one and i do not want to ruin the duck. Thanks in advance and i am very happy to have found this forum.

If turkey works great in the crockpot - how does the skin get crispy? Thinkiing of doing just a turkey breast with bones - any suggestions on the crockpot method?

Aside from the non-crispy skin, what method to you use to make a turkey breast in the crockpot? Low or high heat? What do you add to the pot? Seasonings? Length of cooking time?
