Hey Everyone I know when i find the answer to this, that it is probably easy to make but… does anyone know how Pizza Hut makes those wonderful cinnamon bread sticks?? My family loves them but they are expensive.

While this is not an “official” recipe, my best guess would be to make your favorite pizza dough, since that is all they use to make the breadsticks. Roll the dough into a pizza shape, rectangle, or whatever shape you want. Spread the top of the dough generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar (1/4 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon) and bake as directed in recipe or on package. If you are using a homemade recipe for dough, spread with butter and sugar before the final raising of the dough. If you want the sugar dipping sauce, combine 1/2 Cup confectioner’s sugar with a splash of vanilla and enough water to make the sugar the desired consistency. Hope this helps you.

Srry ta tell ya, but pizza hut doesnt make their bread sticks. The same bread used to make the cinnamon stix are the same ones they use for the cheese stix, chocolate dippers, and bread stix. The stix come to pizza shipped in boxes and they put them in a pan and sprinkle them with rather cinnamon sugar, breadstix seasoning, or whatever the order is. Sadly same goes for their pizza. The dough comes frozen and all they do is put it in the pan and spread it our, add toppings and bake. Dat’s it. I know, i was dissapointed to learn it too when i started working with them
