Nestle’s Sour Cream Fruit-Nut Softies
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream (8 ounces)
1 (6 ounce) package Semi-Sweet Real Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, nutmeg and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Stir in Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, raisins and nuts. Drop by tablespoonsful onto greased cookie sheet, and bake for about 10 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen (2 1/2-inch) cookies.
