Howdy to all. I’m a “seasoned” citizen living in the desert SW, a transplant from Cajun country. I love to cook for our herd (4 of us total including two teen locusts…lol) and for small groups of friends, up to maybe 6 or 7 folks total.
My favorites are Cajun, naturally, Italian, Chinese and Thai, and BBQ.
