Hello, all! I am new to this forum and found it by typing in NuWave oven recipes. I am glad to have a place to share recipes and get new ones! I am a stomp-down cook and love doing it! I know you all are too! Someone gave me their Nuwave and so far I have liked it. I need a recipe for a small chuck roast that is currently frozen and Iād like to serve it tonight! Please help!
