Hello Everyone. I am new to this forum. I stumbled across this site because I was looking for a Chi Chi’s Seafood Nacho recipe. I use to order it for lunch all the time at the Chi Chi’s in Deptford, NJ. I have been making my own creation, but I am missing the sauce. According to the recipe on this site, there wasnt a sauce mixed with the seafood. to me, the nachos at Chi Chi’s just seemed jucier…if my memory is serving me correctly. I look forward to sharing recipes. I have many experiments that I have tried on my friends at my home get togethers!
