Hello new friends!
I just signed up after finding the website while looking for a P F Chang recipe. No luck there but great luck here finding the RS books. I ordered 1 & 2 with the addition of the bonuses I’m going to have plenty to keep me busy for awhile. I haven’t had time to look around yet, look up recipes or read any posts yet, so I haven’t found the original recipe I was looking for or even if it’s here. Maybe someone knows.
My husband is addicted to P F Chang’s pepper steak. I’d love that recipe. In exchange, the last time he was at Chang’s, a guy who make’s their hot sauce, gave him the recipe for it, it’s really simple: Chinese chili paste, white vinegar and sesame oil. I’m sure it’s already here somewhere, but maybe it will help someone who hasn’t looked for it yet.
