I was wondering if we can see the Nutritional info, like Calories, Fat, Protein…with the recipes that we get in the emails? I am watching mine and this would really help me out as well as others, too. I love the emails and recipes that I get everyday, and look forward to them.
Thanks,
Diana (alegriateach)
I like you, need to understand this.
Thanks so much, I understand how everyone measures, I do the same. I am just counting calories now and if a recipe has that with it, I will not have to figure it out, lol. Thanks for responding to my post.
I have been counting my calories for about 2 months now and I have lost over 10 lbs. I didn’t even know what I was eating, I just ate what ever was there. I know now to watch and Not to eat certain foods. I don’t even want them anymore. I do more exercises now and get moving. You words are very comforting to me, Thank You! Hugssss
I started using this web site called (url not allowed) I put in my foods and the calories are figured for you. I can see what and keep track what I am eating. It also keeps track of the exercise you do, like making meal, lawn work, it all counts. It is Awesome, it has helped me so much as I needed to see what I was doing to myself. If anyone else would like to use or check it out, Please pass it along. It is Free.
Thanks so much Stanlay. I will give that a try.
As I have read lots of recipe on this board. I have noticed one thing that most of them are having good nutritional values in it. I do believe that suggesting the nutritional value of a recipe is good for making it more clear on users mind. Thanks for the nice suggestion. Have a great time.
Thanks for replying. I am doing real good at figuring out & substitutions on the recipes to make them healthier.
Thanks for the list of foods, I printed them out to have on hand. I already eat most of them, but there is some on your list that I have not even thought of having. Thanks so much!
