Nutty Butter Balls
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chunky or creamy peanut butter
1 quart vanilla, chocolate-chip, or chocolate ice cream
1 can chocolate fudge syrup
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and peanut butter. Scoop the ice cream into large balls. Then roll the balls in the crumb mixture until it becomes thoroughly coated.
Freeze these creations until you are ready to serve them. Pour chocolate fudge syrup over the top of the balls just before serving.
