Lo-cal Bread pudding.
2 eggs beaten
2 cups low fat or skim milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 pkgs Equal
2 Tbsp raisins ( if desired)
4 slices low cal bread torn to sm. pieces
Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a microwave bowl, then add bread pieces
Micro for 15 minutes at 50 percent heat. Refrigerate for 4 hrs or overnite
makes two servings = to 5 points or 1 bread,1 milk,1 protein, 1/2 fruit each serving
