Olive Garden House Salad and Dressing

Makes 4-6 Servings

1 bag Dole American Blend Salad
4-6 slices Red Onion
4-6 Black Olives
4-6 Banana Peppers
1/2 cup Croutons
4-6 slices Roma Tomato
Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

Salad Dressing:
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup White Vinegar
1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Corn Syrup
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons Romano Cheese
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Sugar (optional)

Dressing: Mix all ingredients in a blender until well mixed (approximately
30 seconds). If this is a little to tart for your own personal tastes please
add a little extra sugar. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Salad: Chill a glass salad bowl in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Place
the bag of salad in bowl. Place red onion slices, black olives, banana
peppers, tomatoe slices, and croutons on top of lettuce. Add some freshly
grated Parmesan cheese. Toss with salad dressing.

Thanks for this recipe; I’ll try making it tomarrow. My dad has requested an italian salad for his birthday next Saturday, so I thought I’d try out Olive Garden’s salad, which I love! Thanks again.
