Olive Garden Meatballs

1 pound ground chuck
½ cup plain bread crumbs
¼ cup milk
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

In a medium bowl, place ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, beaten egg, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, red pepper flakes, onion powder, granulated garlic, salt, and ground black pepper.
Gently mix until all is combined.
Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, and spray foil with non-stick spray.
Form meat mixture into 1½ inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until meatballs are browned and cooked through.
