1 bag fresh cranberries
4 cups orange juice
Zest of 1 orange
Splash of lime juice
1/4 cup white sugar
Place all ingredients in a medium sauce pand and simmer until all the berries have popped. Remove from the heat and cool. The sauce will thicken naturally as it cools.
To serve this sauce properly, it should be cool. This sauce is best made the day before. If it becomes too thick, it can be thinned out with a little orange juice.
