Orange Dreamsicle Cake
1 box Duncan Hines Orange Supreme Cake Mix
1 box (3 oz.) orange gelatin
Sift together the cake mix and gelatin.
1/3 c. cooking oil or soft margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. water or orange juice

Mix together the oil, eggs and orange juice. Pour over dry ingredients and
mix well with electric mixer.
Grease and flour 2-9-in. cake pans or a 9 x 13-in. cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes for layers or 35-45 minutes for
sheet or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool
Icing: 8-oz. sour cream 1/4 c. orange juice 1 c. sugar 8 oz. Cool Whip 9
oz. frozen coconut, optional
Mix icing ingredients together and spread over and between layers. Keep
refrigerated.
