Oreo Cookie Mint Dessert
30 crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 cup melted margarine or butter
1 8 oz. container cool whip
1/2 gallon chocolate chip mint ice cream
1 16-oz. can Hershey’s chocolate fudge topping
Combine margarine and crushed Oreos. Pat into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Freeze for 20 minutes. Spread softened ice cream on top of crust; spread chocolate fudge topping over ice cream. [Topping may be heated in warm water to make spreading easier]. Spread Cool whip on top and freeze. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
