1 pkg. oreo cookies 1 qt. vanilla ice cream chocolate syrup 1 large bowl cool whip
Crush 2/3 of cookiesand place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread softened ice cream over top. Drizzle as much chocolate syrup as desired over ice cream. I use about 1/3 can. Spoon on cool whip. Crush remaining cookies and sprinkle over top. Freeze at least 4 hrs.
A very good make ahead dessert either to keep on hand for unexpected guest or to plan ahead when you know company is coming.
