1-3/4 Cup flour (all purpose)
1/2 C. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 C. milk
1/3 C. sour cream
1/4 C. butter, melted
20 Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and egg; stir into flour mixture
with margarine until just blended. Gently stir in cookies.
Spoon batter in to 12 grease 2-1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center
comes out clean.
Remove from pan; cool on wire rack.
Serve warm or cold.
