P. F. Chang's Orange Peel Chicken

P. F. Chang’s Orange Peel Chicken

In the recipe, it said “1 cup tomato sauce”. Is it should be “1 cup of Orange juice”?
If someone tried out this recipe, can you please share your experience? Is it as good as Panda Express Orange Chicken?

Thank you.
