Please, does anyone know of the recipe for Bennigans “Pacific Noodle Bowl”? I had it for the first time in January 2003. I loved it. During the following week I spoke to 7 people who had also just discovered it and they,too, really enjoyed it. I went to the same restaurant 5 days later and it was off the menu. Just like “Puff the Magic Dragon”–it never returned!

Hi! I not familiar with that Pacific Noodle Bowl. Maybe I could interest you with my Veggie Ramen?
You will need:
- 2 packages of ramen noodles
- 3 cups of chicken stock
- 1 cup of carrots
- 1 cup of turnip
- 1 cup of celery
- 1/2 cup of onions
- 1/4 cup of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- A Crock Pot
How to cook:
The recipe:
- Put the chicken stock in the crock pot.
- Add the carrots, turnip, celery, onions and garlic.
- Add some salt and pepper (may be easier to add once the recipe is ready!)
- Cook on high for 4 hours.
The noodles:
(What is great about this recipe is that you can cook your noodles right into the soup.) - Add your ramen noodles once the soup is ready and they will cook in the crock pot with everything else.
