Paprika Mushrooms

Paprika Mushrooms

(6 servings)

3 tbsp butter
1 medium onion, chopped
3/4 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp Hungarian paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1-1/2 tbsp flour
3/4 cup sour cream

In skillet heat butter, add onions and saute until golden. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes.

Stir in seasonings and flour. Cook 5 minutes, then remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and heat gently. DO NOT LET BOIL.
