Pasta Walnetto

12 ounces egg noodles
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth

Boil noodles until al-dente. Drain well mix with sour cream and cream. Add to noodles with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of the butter. Cover and keep warm. Heat remaining butter in a small pan. Sauté garlic for just a minute and stir in walnuts, cheese and chicken broth. Toss with noodles and serve.

Serves 6 to 8.
