Hi guys I wonder if you can help, I’m an avid pasta maker however it’s generally your run of the mill sugo type! I went to a restaurant recently and I had pasta with pine nuts sun dried tomatoes and Italian Sausage cooked in balsamic vinegar. I have no idea how to do this any help would be great. Would you fry up the nuts sausage and tomatoes in a balsamic vinegar in a pan then boil the pasta and mix? It was absolutely incredible I would recommended trying it !
Looks like only experts know how to do this. I tried searching it tho for relevant steps but I couldn’t find one.
I’ve had something similar in a restaurant and it tasted amazing, balsamic with pasta was a good combo
