Pazzaluna’s Braised Beef Lasagna
A delicious beefy and cheesy lasagna that can easily be assebled ahead of time or frozen if desired.
3ea. Fresh Pasta sheets cut to fit inside serving vessel
4 fl.Oz – Tomato Sauce
2 fl. Oz – Roasted Garlic Cream
3oz – Boursin Cheese
3oz – Ricotta Cheese
6oz – Shredded Braised Beef
A.N. – Shredded Mozzarella
1tbl. Chopped Parsley
Combine Ricotta and Boursin and mix well and reserve.
Ladle 2 fl oz. of tomato sauce on bottom of cast iron pan.
Spread ricotta and boursin mixture on one side of a pasta sheet and lay cheese side up on top of tomato sauce.
Place half the braised shredded beef on top of that the pasta sheet.
Place another pasta sheet spread with the cheese mixture on top of beef cheese side up and the rest of the braised beef then ladle the roasted garlic cream over the beef.
Spread the last pasta sheet with the cheese mixture and place that cheese side down on beef.
Top with remaining tomato sauce and bake in a 400 degree until an inter temperature of 165 degrees is reached then top with shredded mozzarella and bake until golden brown.
Garnish Lasagna with chopped Parsley and serve.
