Peanut Butter Balls

2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 box (1 lb) confectioners’s sugar
1 stick (1/4 lb) margarine
3 cups Rice Krispies
12 oz chocolate chips
1 stick of paraseal wax

Sift sugar. Cream sugar and margarine.
Add Rice Krispies and peanut butter; beat
until crumbly. Roll into balls. In double
boiler, melt 12 oz chocolate chips and
1 stick of paraseal wax. Dunk balls in
chocolate with spoon and place on wax paper.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Yes, this sounds good, any chocolate & p-nut butter sounds good but I prefer using the candy coating blocks (found in the baking aisle of grocery stores) for melting & dipping over the chips & paraseal wax. Much easier.

Recipe sounds great though. Have you tried it with the Cocoa Rice Krispies. The more chocolate the better!
