I haven’t made this pie since my kids grew up and left home. This was always one of their favorites.
CRUST:
1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Filling:
3 oz. cream cheese at room temp.
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 large tub Cool Whip
Mix crust ingredients. Smooth in pie dish and shape up sides.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Mix filling ingredients with a mixer.
Pour into cooled baked pie shell…chill before serving
