Pear Smoothie

What you need:

o Parsley: 1 small bunch
o Avocado: 1
o Pear: 1
o Apple: 1
o Plums: 2
o Bananas: 6
o Water: 1 cup
o Ice: 1/2 cup

How to make it:

[li]Get away seed from avocado and plum; remove skin from avocado banana, pears, and apple.
[/li][li]Chop those fruits.
[/li][li]Blend all until they are smooth.
[/li][/ol]

Its taste is awesome and i used to have in the hot summer days. Well suited for that season and keep you healthy too.
