Pearl Onions Glazed

2 Tblsp Butter
1 Pack (16 oz) frozen small whole onions, thawed
2 1/2 Tblsp Brown Sugar
3/4 Tblsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tblsp Parsley, minced, fresh

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until brown on all sides, 10 - 12 minutes. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and gently strir in the mustard to make a smooth coating over the onions. Cook two minutes more. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
