Pecan Pie Cupcakes
1 cup - chopped Pecans
1/2 cup - all-purpose Flour
1 cup - Brown Sugar
2/3 cup - melted Butter
2 - Eggs
1 tsp. - Vanilla
1 tsp. - Karo syrup
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spray a miniature muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray. Fill each 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 for approximately 18-25 minutes. Top with Powdered Sugar.
