2 cups Post Selects Great Grains Crunchy Pecans Whole Grain Cereal
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 cup Pieces
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Prehat oven to 350°F. Mix cereal, milk and butter in medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Add egg and sugar; mix well. Stir in flour, pecans, baking powder and nutmeg just until blended.
Spread into 8x4-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan on wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely. Cut into 16 slices to serve.
