Pepper Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 onion minced
2 Tablespoons of butter
1 orange or red bell pepper sliced into 1 inch strips
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh Parsley
Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

In a hot sauce pan, coat with olive oil, then melt in butter, add onion, then pepper strips, then heavy cream.
Heat on low for 35 minutes.
Serve cream sauce without pepper strips.
Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve over your favorite pasta
